Return Policy:

At Woolly Kids, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your child perfectly. That's why we have a hassle-free return and refund policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

  • We have a 30-day return policy for all items.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our website, and we do not accept returns without prior authorization. 
  • All non-full-priced and sale products are excluded from the return policy. If you need to exchange a discounted product, please contact us.


If you need to return an item because your purchase is not what you expected, please contact us at support@woollykids.comCurrently, we are in the process of finding local warehouses for collaboration. During this transitional period, we kindly request you to send the item back to our warehouse in China, and the shipping cost will be at your expense. If you require assistance with international logistics, please reach out to our customer support. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Exchange: Swap with Ease

If you need to exchange an item due to size issues, please contact us first. You'll need to return the item to our warehouse in China in good condition, and you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost for the return. At the same time, we will provide you with a coupon code for FREE SHIPPING, which you can use to place a new order on our website for the correct size of the shoes. Once we receive the returned item and verify its good condition, we will process the refund for you.
